We are FULLY INSURED and comply with LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL veterinary standards for all the animals' health, care and safety. We are Federally licensed with a "class C" exhibitor license from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
THIS IS A FEDERAL REQUIRMENT, IT IS THE LAW THAT EVERY PETTING ZOO COMPANY MUST BE LICENSED!!
We are also now with the addition of our "Pony Rail Express" Trackless Train, certified with the Texas Amusement Ride Department. This insures that our train has met and passed all safty inspections by a Texas appointed and approved inspector. All trackless trains are required by the state to have this inspection. To operate a trackless train with out one is against the law.
